I know you've got loads of photos on your phone, your hard drive, and probably "in the cloud." But did you know that all those shots don't really exist? Yes, it's true. Unless you print them, they only exist as electrical impulses. And they can disappear in a flash - when you brick your phone, your hard drive crashes, or the cloud is breached. So I'm going walk you through the 3 ways you can ensure your memories are preserved.

• Good:  Get your images printed. Honestly, even Walgreens will at least give you an envelope of prints that you can toss in a drawer so future generations can wonder who the heck those people were.
• Better: Organize your images and send them to an online printer for an archival-quality book. We like MyPublisher.com but there are others out there - do a search on Google to find one you like.
• Best: You know what I'm going to say is best! Yes, hire a professional photographer, but there's a caveat. Hire one who offers professional prints and products. If you go cheap, and just get the digital files you'll be back at square one.
